一体铜条与模块之间的连接并没有采用直接焊接,而是是焊线设计。焊点浸润度高,线头过孔弯曲再焊接,牢固度好。

自2010年中国就禁止”大万用”插座与插线板生产销售,全面转为新国标。大万用因为要照顾各方面不同形状的插脚需求,所以接触面积非常少甚至只能叫点接触,点接触在通过大电流的时候会因为高阻严重发热,进而起火烧毁。而新国标则全部改为面接触,彻底杜绝过热烧毁隐患。

USB模块,在输入方面我们看到了一颗绿色的防浪涌ntc原件,有效避免插插线板电时给电容充电产生火花,还有阻燃保险丝加固安全防线,黑色x电容配合共 模电感, 组成一级emi滤波电路,防止开关电源工作的高频噪声干扰其他用电设备。
在焊线处,线材先通过冷压端子压接后再焊接到PCB上,更加牢固,整个插线板内部 大量使用灌注白胶来抗震,避免日常使用时以外掉落造成元器件脱出松动,高低压隔离板可以避免以外窜电危险,隔离板做到了壳体上,所以PCB图片看不到。在 变压器与SC1223K之间包裹着一层金属铁皮,起到均热与EMI屏蔽的作用。
