ST9汽车微控制器选型参数表

The ST9 microcontroller series is a high-performance MCU family which offers fast program execution, efficient use of memory, fast data handling and context switching, input/output flexibility, with easy system expansion.

It is based on single-voltage Flash memory and features EEPROM (E3 TM), a unique concept patented by STMicroelectronics, which eliminates the need for an external data EEPROM memory.

• Up to 256 Kbytes of single-voltage Flash program memory
• Up to 8 Kbytes of RAM
• Hardware emulation of 1-Kbyte EEPROM (E3 TM)

• Readout protection (ROP) on flash and EEPROM

• Power supply operating range: 4.5 V to 5.5 V
• Up to 24 MHz operating frequency (internal clock)
• PLL clock generator (3-5 MHz crystal)
