Most applications that present data on a display terminal, process
and manipulate that data in its digital form before converting it into
the recognizable analog form that appears on the screen. Devices such
as video cameras, infrared sensors,etc. receive information as an analog
signal, convert it into digital form for processing, and then reconvert it to analog form for display.
