Projects of Introduction to Microelectronics

In the course of Introduction to Microelectronics , we have five design
projects, each of them can be completed by using the circuit simulator
Automatic IC Modeling SPICE (AIM-SPICE). AIM-SPICE is a Windows
application that can be run on both Windows 98/2000 and Windows NT
operating systems. A free student version of AIM-SPICE program can be
downloaded directly from the AIM-SPICE home page on the world wide
web ( http://www.aimspice.com ), and you can also get this software from
Tsinghua Web-based School ( http://learn.tsinghua.edu.cn/) very easily.
