SEMI报告：2023年全球硅晶圆出货量和销售额下降

美国加州时间 2024年2月7日，SEMI 旗下 SEMI Silicon Manufacturers Group(SMG)发布的硅H行业的年终分析中报告称，2023 年全球硅晶圆出货量下降 14.3%，至12602 百万平方英寸(million square inches,MSI)，同期硅晶圆销售额下降 10.9%，至123 亿美元。

这一下降的原因是终端需求放缓和库存调整·Memory 和logic 需求的疲软导致 12英寸晶圆的订单减少，而 foundry和analog 使用减弱导致8英寸晶圆的出货量下降。

SEMI SMG 主席，GlobalWafers 副总裁李崇伟表示:“2023 年，12 英寸抛光晶圆和外延晶圆的出货量分别收缩了 13%和 5%。与上半年相比，2023 年下半年所有尺寸的晶圆总出货量下降了9%。”
