They are specified in compliance with JEDEC standard no. 7A. The 74HC/HCT40105 are first-in/first-out (FIFO) “elastic” storage registers that can store sixteen 4-bit words. The “40105” is capable of handling input and output data at QUICK REFERENCE DATA GND = 0 V; Tamb = 25 °C; tr = tf = 6 ns
